- friendly coworkers - no stress (if you know how to do your job) - great work life balance as workload isn't heavy
Cons
The golf industry is pretty much doomed. A declining company with limited opportunities and out of touch management. Senior management are made up of people who have been working at the company for > 15 years and have no sense of reality. Processes are outdated and inefficient. Good for those who are not seeking advancement in their careers or waiting to retire.
