As a graduate, I get to interact with people with much more experience than me every day, providing an amazing opportunity for personal and professional development. This is particularly true because everyone is very generous with both their time and knowledge, meaning we all help each other out if someone needs to get a fresh perspective on a task or wants to discuss something with the team.

The fact that it is such a small team means you cannot hide behind anyone else and have to stand by the work you have done, so there is no space for trying to avoid responsibility. Everyone, from graduates to the CEO have to do a bit of everything, so you might get stuck with some of the more tedious tasks sometimes.

Every day at Acurable brings a new challenge, which makes it a really exciting company to work for and learn from. Everyone who works here is passionate about the company mission, and knowing that we're all contributing to making people's lives better is incredibly motivating. We're a small team but we all look out for each other, a healthy work/life balance is encouraged, and support is always available from colleagues and managers whenever it's needed. And we also have a cake table... All in all, a great place to work!

Being a small startup with a huge mission, there's a lot to do, and inevitably at times stress levels can get quite high. But because we have a healthy team spirit and support structures in place, we get through these periods together and know that it will all be worth it in the end.
