      That you have health to see a psychiatrist after working here

      Cons

      No work life balance, they'll bury you in projects, burn you out and move on to the next hire. Huge career mistake. If you're reading this run, work anywhere else but here.

      Some people are great to work with

      Cons

      Company is not generating enough revenue and therefore is not profitable. They recently started laying off employees. Leave before the ship sinks.
