Pros
Good work-life balance depending on the department. Pay is at or above market depending on the department.
Cons
Their benefits are among'st the worst I've ever seen. Their payroll department doesn't know anything about what they are doing and constantly gets everything wrong. And this is a PAYROLL COMPANY. Their leadership is on the board and or runs other sister companies as well which are non-profit. It's kind of a conflict of interest. At least not compliant with by security standards. Some of the leadership here at least the more senior leadership which work for other companies under their umbrella are rude, and have been known to be racist.
