      Pros

      The fast pace and busy work can really teach you something.

      Cons

      Unlucky meet ridiculous colleague , slander you ，fool you . And also work life seriously imbalance, office hour until six but colleague leave very late but it’s ok , that is their choice to work very hard, but I got warn by colleague because I leave on time . Colleague suggested me better to stay after work for at least extra half hour . And no OT pay .

      Pros

      Meal allowance RM15 after 8:30PM OT. Transport claims, Grab or if you taking train, you can claim mileage from office to home if working past 10PM. Meal allowance and transport claim is auto approved. And during peak period you can still claim OT at x1 rate. Submit OT form to HR.

      Cons

      Staffs normally claim Meal & Transport, but seldom claim OT unless management specifically mentioned you may claim OT due to double plotting of engagement or cost not overrun.
