Pros
- Time is great. The beginning of the day is pretty flexible to account for rush hour. - Never have to work off hours. - Great working environment. Colleagues and seniors are fun to hang with and nice. - Plenty of leaves.
Cons
- Doesn't have much room for career development. - The company deducts leaves randomly. When it's low season/COVID quarantine they might deduct your leaves, which sucks.
