Can’t think of a single good thing about this company and believe me guys all 5 star reviews are fake which have beeb put by the HR to improve the rating.
Cons
Everything in this company is a con - be it work quality, culture, people including so called leadership, infrastructure, work-life balance. This company has not moved beyond its Copal Amba mindset and people still continue to do low-profile data entry work in the name if research. All their tenured employees have made this a lala company with zero work ethics and integrity. People are taken for granted and the HR department is made of the most useless people i’ve ever seen in my career. I advice all the job seekers not to leave your well settled jobs for 30-40% salary hike because you will regret your decision of jointing this company for lifetime.
