Awful - Financial Advisor Actual Insurances Employee Review

Un-hit targets gets added onto next month targets. Employers took un earned target commission from salary. No training or equipment given when starting.

I am currently working for Actual Insurances since March 2025 as a Financial Advisor. There has been times where I struggled with time keeping and technology, but the company has been very, very supportive of me on these things. Once I put in the effort and hours and do the work they have always looked after me and facilitated my needs. I would definitely recommend this company and industry to anybody young or old as the environment that they have created is really really good and fun and also has many job opportunities to offer, in terms of growth, if that is something that you wish. The office atmosphere is really good and makes the day so much more enjoyable and we also try to organise nights and dinners out when we can. There is also fantastic training on the job.

Technology side can be challenging if you are not used, but will be well supported and trained with it. You need to put in the study for your exams properly, but get a great qualification out of it.
