A brilliant company to work for. I started here a little over 5 years ago with no experience and found out that I was reasonably good at the job, providing that I put in the effort. There have been good months, great months and not so good months, bur the company has always backed me and stood by me, because I always put in my best effort for them. Most of the time things will go smooth and you will reap great rewards, but sometimes it wont, it is just the nature of the sales industry. What I would say is, this company has over 80 very happy employees and some of them making really good money and providing that you are the person that wants to make it and wants to make a career out of this, I can promise you, this company will back you as they have with me. They gave me an opportunity to open an office in Longford 1 year ago and already are supporting me in opening a bigger office to build up to 25 staff. The culture that I have built here in Longford is, great work ethic, very happy and relaxed environment, enjoyable days, making good money and providing room for growth and building new skills. All of this is what I have been taught and shown from day 1. You will truly get out of this company what you put in to it. I really look forwards to many years to come with Actual. I feel it is good to post reviews while you work with a company to give the best feeling for what that company is really like.

Not for some one without a strong work ethic. Leads can be a little slow at times, but the majority are very workable. I really cant think of any others.
