      Autonomy Your immediate co-workers are great. You get to exposure to multiple different technologies.

      Cons

      Lack of guidance, clarity, transparency and communication from Management. Very secretive on issues when or if problems arise. Do not expect to get raise when you receive more responsibilities.

      Great company to work for. Small and family oriented, while putting their customers first. Dedicated to providing the most current leading edge technology products and services with excellent to their customers at moderate prices. Great place to work. CEO is very honest person and he tries to make everyone feel important.

      Cons

      Small company where cross function duties may have to be performed at times.
