Toxic place to work - Anonymous employee Actors' Equity Association Employee Review

It was an absolutely terrible place to work. The amount of people they pushed out, or forced to retire was too high. They are a labor union where half their staff were unionized, but management doesn't even abide by the staff's union clauses. They pay atrociously and if you are not part of a small 'elite' group of upper management then you are either fired, forced out, or your life is made so miserable that you have no choice to leave. About 90% of the people I worked with hated their jobs and leaving this company was the best thing I ever did.
