      Convenient, local job Seemed to hire from within so if you work in the call centre for a few months, there are career opportunities in their head office

      Cons

      Poor training Unethical Huge turnover of staff Supervisors hired for length of service rather than merit - for which there are not enough 'Sickness' with staff rampant due to low morale

      - Lots of autonomy to decide how best to organise day and meet your objectives. - Helpful workforce which enables easy collaboration. - Interesting product vertical. - Nimble company with the ability to pivot and push things forward.

      Cons

      - Relatively small company so there can be budget restrictions when compared to larger companies. - 100% working in the office - so unable to WFH if desired.
