Pros
The products you work on are culturally relevant, and exciting. You get a sense of pride when you tell people where you work. Depending on your role, you might have an Xbox of PS4 at your desk, which you can actually play during the day and no one will mind. - Competitive pay - Awesome product - 24 hour fitness next door - Great lunch options including 10-15 food trucks daily right outside - Endless amount of free swag - Free snacks
Cons
Worst leadership I've encountered in my career. However, if you are an executive, this is an amazing place to work, as they cater to you. Executives almost make it a point to make sure employees know that they're on top. Examples: - kick you out of your reserved conference room because "he's the CFO" - walking off stage while addressing the company at an off-site to take a phone call - strategically renovating areas where executive offices sit - telling employees that "we're in the same boat" when being told that our raises/bonuses may not be as expected Other cons: - crazy work schedule (you'll see people average 12-14 hours a day for half of the year, as well as consecutive weekends). Working you to death super evident in the company values. One of the values is "Good isn't good enough". Probably the worst "value" I've ever come across. - Clique mentality is rampant. The 'inner circle' becomes clear pretty quickly after you start - Toxic environment, employee morale is devastatingly low here - Pitiful 401k match - No ESPP - Insane turnover rate (I saw 50%+ yearly turnover)
