Pros
Probably the best job I've worked at since I graduated. People are generally nice, open, and actually care about their employees. Most people I work with aren't backseat redditor gamers so the ambiance is nice.
Cons
Upper management is completely disconnected from its workers. QA doesn't get as much pay as it should.
