One way we do that is by providing employees with development opportunities at all levels; if employees feel that these needs are not being met, they are encouraged to share their concerns with their HR partner or manager. Additionally, the wellbeing of our work force is a top priority, which is why we go above and beyond to offer employees a wide range of health benefits and support, and we have significantly increased these offerings since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.
