Pros
Having others see the potential in me as a person. This has helped me on my way to full time employment in a challenging role which I so very much enjoy! I work with friends not colleagues which I love. From the small office days of just a few dozen to a company who is providing great development opportunities to those who want them and who are willing to work towards them. Having 2 children I always knew that 1 day I would return to full time employment but my role with Activequote was too good an opportunity to miss. I thank Activequote for their support and look forward to growing with them further in the years to come.
Cons
Husband not too pleased with the school runs but it works for us. Less time with the family is not ideal but it does mean they have a more confident mum and possibly a holiday!
