Pros

Lots of benefits. Ability to work from home. Easy to get to location.

Cons

The product is really in a beta stage with no signs of upward movement. There's a large amount of dysfunction within the company. Processes don't exist to get things done on time and lots of confusion. Departments don't communicate well. Lots of frustration. Not sure how the sales team even manages to close deals.

As the reviewer pointed out, we offer all the great things you can typically find at a start-up: dysfunction, lack of process, confusion, frustration, and even the occasional disgruntled employee. Building a company is hard. It’s even harder when you are really innovating and creating something new. We are actively taking steps to improve our internal communication and processes. Regarding our direction, we have never wavered in our mission to provide the best platform for marketers to manage their lead acquisition campaigns. Future reviewers - please give feedback directly in a constructive way. I’m always accessible and appreciate it when employees bring suggestions for improvement. - Steve Rafferty, Founder.
