My first piece of advice to anyone who is thinking about joining ActiveConversion is to seriously consider the one star reviews because I can certainly attest to them. I recall dreading going into work because any shred of creativity that I could have brought forward was constantly stifled by poor leadership, a working environment based on fear, incessant micromanagement, passive aggressiveness, mistrust, and bullying If you are still seriously considering working at ActiveConversion, my second piece of advice is to reach out to past employees and ask them their honest opinions of Fred Yee.
