Pros

Essentially a boot camp for front facing customer service based work. Learned a lot in my time here but the place really messed by head up about fair treatment in the workplace.

Cons

Horrible favoritism in management and upper management. Really toxic gossip culture and shadiness.

client provided great training that was thorough

Cons

supervisor had no knowledge so qa's were always wrong and he wouldn't change them.
