      Pros

      Lots of support and help, love the people I work with.

      Cons

      No paid holidays for part time. It’s extremely difficult to be full time with all the cancellations. Clients waiting for staff for 1-3 months. You also don’t have PTO, only when calling out sick. Lots of case transitions which make it stressful and caseloads of 20-25 clients which can be difficult to manage

Growth & Learning: It is a challenging yet fascinating environment that offers constant opportunities to learn and develop professionally.

      Active Steps is expanding quickly, making the workload quite demanding. Precision and clear communication are essential to prevent confusion, especially when resolving urgent situations on the fly
