      I loved it here, the clients we had were spectacular and the efforts and ideas formulated by the staff are the best!

      Cons

      I think as with a lot of caring type roles, the paperwork can always be a factor in the pros. Although I do understand why the need, I feel like it could potentially be more streamlined process.

      Pros

      I’ve recently started my role and have felt so welcomed and supported from day one. The onboarding process was smooth and my induction thorough. The homes are beautiful and feel like somewhere people can truly call home, I’m also impressed by the creative wellbeing initiatives and the forward thinking approaches. It’s great to be part of a workplace that genuinely puts people first.
