Pros
The people are friendly, fun and made friends that I've kept since leaving. The front line staff genuinely care about their clients and doing business the right way. The flagship endurance product is also really good. Once you now how to work it then there's not many client issues you can't solve or work around to give a solution.
Cons
The corporate culture doesn't reflect that of the front line. It's all about the bottom line and managing the numbers. The management only care about the top 10% of clients. The pay was also below market rate.
