This is for my experience in the San Diego era. Parts of the company lived the brand and really understood the customer deeply. Optimistic with the new(ish) leadership in place.
Cons
Over time the business has distanced itself from the customer. As a result the product feels out of touch. The Dallas move was an inflection point for the worse.
