The employer will step on loyal employees without hesitation Many contract employees demonstrate unprofessional behavior internally and with clients Though clients may wish to hire, contract buyout clause is quite high reducing opportunities for many workers doing contract work to transition to full time. Despite a business that revolved around providing safety services, it was years before the company considered a safety management system for itself, making onboarding, alone, hit many contraventions and when they did get a program, they contracted a third party to create it, further demonstrating lack of confidence in it's own workforce competency.
