Pros

Not much good to say. Bunch of bean counters. Manage by threats......intimidation and fear. Company culture SUCKS. The resident are good people worthy of care.

Cons

Again.... see above. Their philosophy is everyone is expendable. If you don't like it....they find someone else. NEVER A COMPLIMENT. NASTY place to work.

Pros

I LOVE working here! This team is small but mighty. The seniors have become a tight knit family, who all look out for each other, and my supervisor is great.

Cons

It's been a struggle adjusting to a 5-day a week schedule, as I have always had 4 10's or 3 12's. However, the work-life balance is actually better and my supervisor is flexible and understanding.

Pros

Great team work focused on making member's day enjoyable and fufilling. Working with member's whose lives are enhanced by coming here and when you can see that change.

Cons

Difficult when having to work short staffed.
