Pros

Great people to work with. The consulting team is what makes it worth it. Good pay too.

Cons

Upper leadership is out of touch with employee needs. Too many accounts a single employee needs to manager. Very stressful environment. Escalations often handled poorly. Contracts can be awkwardly or vaguely worded leading to scope creep
