      Pros

      Independent work environment, It's a start-up so there is a lot of freedom. No micro-management, very hands-off, great benefits.

      Cons

      It's a start-up so you often have to do things outside your job title/descriptions. It's disorganized and internal communication is poor. There isn't a sense of cohesion with the product or company.
