      Je moet een aantal sales halen om daar te werken en een sales quota behouden. Voor sommige is het simpel maar voor anderen minder. Je kan makkelijk je baan kwijtraken

      Pros

      If you are good at selling you are a valuable member and earn a lot additional. In addition nice team atmosphere / motivation. You will be thrown into the cold water ... which is good because it really challenge you.

      Cons

      If you are not good you earn not much. You have a kind of pressure to deliver sales, but it is not that strong.
