      Pros

      If you are good at selling you are a valuable member and earn a lot additional. In addition nice team atmosphere / motivation. You will be thrown into the cold water ... which is good because it really challenge you.

      Cons

      If you are not good you earn not much. You have a kind of pressure to deliver sales, but it is not that strong.

      Incredibly flexible as a student job, one work day a week minimum. Pay is good. lots of potential for promotion

      Cons

      High pressure to make sales - with the risk of being let go. Minimal training several unpaid hours
