      Pros

      Kinda lenient with things like chatting.

      Cons

      A whole laundry list of them. Mainly you will be stuck, absolutely no growth opportunities whatsoever. And any suggestions for change or how things can be run better, and constructive criticism get thrown out the window.

      The people were helpful and kind in helping me grow and reach new heights. The management team was phenomenal to me as well.

      Pros

      They are friendly, family owned and operated. They aren't standing behind you making sure you are working. Stress level is fairly low due to this.

      Cons

      Poor communication, Low pay for position of skill and knowledge. They pay new people more than they pay the people who have years of experience with them. Management NEVER comes around to say "hi, how are you doing?" or "thank you for all you do".
