The company;s shared service centre in Delhi will pay you a handsome hike over the current one you are getting.And you will usually get weekends free.
Cons
Insensitive management,not allowing female staff to avail cab even at 10 pm even if company policy allows so; no clear career direction ; bosses to report to and teams to work with change every quarter; favoritism,mgt views heartattack of grandfather is a relatives' problem and no need for a leave.Not allowing staff to leave smoothly in case of resignation while the staff to takeover enjoys two-week leaves.Be ready to hear from your senior manager you are consuming Rs. 50 worth of tea daily.
