Pros
Actiontec gives its trust and allows people to own their roles, there is no micromanagement at this firm. Employees are responsible for their own success and allowed to bring in new technologies and ideas, learning and developing at their own pace. We were allowed to work remotely in bad weather, during sickness, etc. and keep a healthy work/life balance.
Cons
Communication is difficult - aside from geographic and language barriers, it is difficult to find who has the information you need to complete a task, each department handling things in a slightly different way, with no overarching organization. Interdepartmental communication can be difficult, making it feel like there is no singularity in the organization's success, but rather each department is out for itself.
