Pros
Great company, fantastic product, energetic & fun company culture. Employees get the day off on their birthday. You can wear whatever you want to work. Having fun at work is encouraged. Actionstep genuinely cares about its staff, customers and shareholders. It's an honest and innovative company that is happy to invest in up-skilling staff.
Cons
Even though it has been around for over 8 years, Actionstep is still has a "start-up" culture, which means employees are expected to get a lot done with relatively little, but that's normal for a company of this size.
