Pros
The shifts are usually only on the weekend, and the pay is great for the type/amount of work you're responsible for.
Cons
They change management too frequently. This causes chaos and discord among the teams. Not to mention how difficult it is to adjust yourself to constantly changing personalities of the managers. I've been with actionlink for a year but now I see that it's not a company I would want to be with for too long.
