Nice work life balance, easy to manage.

It can be heavy work, depending on the vendors you work for.

Great wonderful small business atmosphere, easy going, not much overtime needed, no politics (especially woke) pushed on you like at huge corporations like Insight. Everyone generally is helpful and has a good sense of humor. Benefits are ok except for time off. which is basic. Mostly hands off management if you know what you're doing.

Dead end job. No bonus, no inflationary increases (president says we have to sacrifice to fight inflation), management gets promotions off the backs of subordinates. Extremely high turn over especially with gifted and talented employees mostly leaving eventually. CEOs don't care about their only warehouse, they would rather talk about low IQ sports.
