* Management supposedly addressed the gender pay gap and raised the salary of women who were under-earning. (“Supposedly” as I was no longer there - can’t personally confirm) * I met some amazing people here. We still keep in touch even though we all no longer work there. * Management is invested creating a strong company image * The company is well funded on paper. Customer holiday parties are well put together. * Teams have off-site bonding activities

This review is 1/5 star now because the management sneakily reported that the May review has "strong allegations language and/or opinions about an employer of individual" on Dec 20, 2018. Why report it 7 months after the review was first written during the holiday travel season? * The "standard growing pain" other reviews refer to is another way of saying ActionIQ is an unfriendly place for women to work. A few examples: 1) The company paid women 40% less compared to the male counterparts while performing the same, if not more important duties. 2) Some managers have made inappropriate and misogynistic remarks to multiple female employees about their appearances and ethnicities. 3) A couple of female employees were let go without notice. Those remaining do not have clear career paths forward. There is no diversity and inclusion nor required training for unconscious bias awareness. * Retention is poor on certain team (e.g. 0% in 2017 fiscal period). * Not sure if upward review is working as complaints and constructive feedback about certain managers were never addressed. * The company treated certain employees as an expense rather than an investment. Others interviewing should ask about career path options and concrete details of inter-team transitions.
