I really enjoy working with the people here. I also enjoy interacting with the customers and other people you meet. The industry is fun. I have been treated great by Action Target. It's a relaxed work environment yet challenging, which I love.
Cons
Due to recent mergers and broken partnerships, there are some barriers that we need to overcome, but we are getting there. Communication between departments could improve.
