      Pros

      - Its a good place to start - You will learn a lot - People with no degree got to a very nice salary.

      Cons

      - You get trowed to the water, and expected to flow - Salary is low, - You are a subcontractor - this means that you cannot get credit for all the work you have done (the customer will be on the news, not you!) - The tech stack is very old (Java and not Kotlin) - A severe lack of man power - A severe lack knowledge - A severe lack of hardware (no development phones, one developer had no mouse for several weeks, cheap docking stations for mac - with one monitor) - A huge mix of techs that do not always interop (GMail, MSTeams, Github and Jira). - The facilities are not optimal

      Pros

      * you get to touch different projects, customers, requirements etc as its a project company * Usually, the managers are pretty proffessionals

      Cons

      * Not everyone is very proffessional and with expirience, hence the quiality of work is not always the best * A lot of direct connections with the customers, not always the most organizied

      Pros

      A good first job experience. Participating in a wide variety of projects with a variety of customers and companies. Working directly with the customers which forces you to think everything through regarding your task

      Cons

      Quite an intense work routine. Not enough chances to learn and expand your knowledge as you nonstop dedicate all of your working time to the projects without a chance to do anything else for learning new stuff, research, etc.
