- You get trowed to the water, and expected to flow - Salary is low, - You are a subcontractor - this means that you cannot get credit for all the work you have done (the customer will be on the news, not you!) - The tech stack is very old (Java and not Kotlin) - A severe lack of man power - A severe lack knowledge - A severe lack of hardware (no development phones, one developer had no mouse for several weeks, cheap docking stations for mac - with one monitor) - A huge mix of techs that do not always interop (GMail, MSTeams, Github and Jira). - The facilities are not optimal
