The IT Director and CTO are phenomenal. Communication is key in IT and their skills shine when a directive is given. There were many such cases in which a problem had arose in a random part of the company's workflow(typical events working in IT), and either the director or CTO already were able to provide a clear and sound solution for us to then execute. There were also times where it was slow, very few tickets trickling in and that is a sign that the current infrastructure and the processes they have implemented work very well. Although it is a great location, Action doesn't cover your parking fee and it is docked from your pay.
