      I was given unique opportunities to grow professionnally and personnally. I have had amazing experiences while working at ACF and the trust, professionalism and commitment of colleagues allowed me to find a profesionnal life balance for the first time in my life.

      Cons

      Dealing with strong commitments and affects can be sometimes hard and social dialogue at ACF can be complicated.

      Pros

      - Do good humanitarian work overseas - General staff in the offices are very friendly, approachable, and lovely to work with. - Benefits were decent (good US health insurance, generous PTO (18 days a year to start and four summer Fridays)). Retirement doesn't vest for three years.

      Cons

      - Leadership was not communicative and lacked empathy when laying off a large proportion of the company including not following their own HR policies. -Salaries were below what similar NGOs paid.
