Pros
If you are desperate for a job and enjoy eating a lot of birthday cake as well as going to company parties; then this is the company for you. The salary compensation that you can be offered for working here is competitive for the industry. The benefits package is roughly about the same. The new employee orientation is a great way to get pumped about working for the company.
Cons
Sadly, a lot of the promise that you hear about when you go through the interview process will turn out to be a lie. Even the euphoria you experience after going through the new employee orientation will vanish quickly. Working at ActioNet will feel like you are in an episode of The Office or on the set of Office Space. Between the endless birthday cake parties in the breakroom (even when no one admits to it being their birthday) to the inept senior management...you will quickly realize that working at ActioNet is simply just a good way to put in your time while you look for a better job elsewhere. Beware of training opportunities that the company presents to you. All I will say on that is that the way they present training opportunities to you sounds great but there is a very dark underside to the training opportunities and you should be wary of it. If there is a company party to go to...you have to go to it. Seriously. Not going is a death sentence and your absence will be noted.
