Pros

The interview and offer will likely be good.... but there are too many problems with the company swept under the rug. Don't accept an offer from ActioNet ! The compensation is competitive, but you will never work hard enough to satisfy the leadership. There are company parties that employees can bring their families too... but the CEO is insane, as is her EVP.

Cons

The biggest problem is integrity. The CEO has connections in the government, otherwise the company would not have grown as fast as it has. Unfortunately, ethics and integrity are often overlooked when conducting business. Eventually the dishonesty will catch up with them. Surprising they have not been black balled from bidding in Federal contracts yet. The leadership fires people fairly regularly, so the company is like a revolving door.
