      Pros

      Great compensation, work life balance, and a calm but very productive environment. Office is located in a low traffic, easy to access office park.

      Cons

      Some old bad habits and antiquated mentality lingers as many employees have been at the company for 10+ years. This is somewhat obstructive, but not unmanageable.

      Pros

      The projects were fun with big name clients and projects with tremendous practical importance and relevance. Overall, colleagues were intelligent. The location is great.

      Cons

      There was a lot of pressure to work round the clock and accumulate overtime hours. Some projects required extensive travel - which may not work for some individuals.
