Keeping everything aside that you have done wrong at work, why are you not even being ethical in writing the review? You haven't worked at Acropolis for more than a year, you worked at our Noida location for less than 3 months. You absconded from work before your first performance review which was supposed to be conducted after completing 90 days (3 months) at work. You didn't serve the notice period either. Being a company with a foundation of commitment, integrity, and ethics, the management sees no gap in taking legal actions against anyone who doesn't even care about the basic work ethics, decorum, and commitments. If you think the company has done any wrong with you, the management suggests you challenge the company legally. We have all the proofs to combat. And no, the legal way isn't there to scare you, it is to make things transparent and clear about what's wrong and what's right. Tarnishing the company's reputation on social media/online will not help you anyway. May God bless you and give you strength to work with integrity and ethics in your future roles.
