The management was poorly educated about what the sales reps did on a normal basis.
QUOTAS WERE NOT GIVEN TO SALES on a regular basis. There was an instance where we received our quota after the quarter was over. This is not enticing for a sales rep. We were flying blind.
We were also given many promises on a lot of things but it never panned out.
Many have said that upper management have no idea what sales does especially with the archaic systems that are used but they would request impossible last minute projects.
Commission is also incorrect and we must watch every penny as their system makes many mistakes
