      Pay was average Some good people there

      Avoid this place if you are a software developer. The lack of focus from a product standpoint, constant firedrills when a new prospect comes around and terrible project management here will destroy your spirit.

      Pros

      Lack of red tape. If you want something done and have a path on how to do it, there was lots of support for you to try it. Owners/Leadership were available and approachable.

      Cons

      Frustrating seeing what you think is a great idea not be met with open arms by potential customers. Long sales cycles by skeptics made it difficult to stay positive as process dragged on.
