pay is below par. i hear even the best raises are small. morale seems low as of the last few months. and this is probably why: I was told during my annual review that of the 8 things we're scored on (rated 1-5), no one EVER gets a 5. Why have it then? it's demoralizing to know that the company feels that no one is considered a role model at anything they do and it certainly doesn't inspire confidence.
