The management is friendly and understanding, frequently taking staff's input, training them, and encouraging them to apply for positions with more responsibility.

New employees are usually needed to work weekends. Pay is on a fixed scale based on the number of years of experience instructing youngsters (not necessarily a bad thing)

In the competitive/recreational gymnastics industry it is difficult to find full-time, dependable positions. AcroSports offers paid vacation time and a health insurance plan which I've never found anywhere else. There's a lot of upward mobility available for coaches who have other strengths as well.

For full time we work split shifts but that is the norm for this industry.
