Pros

While I was with this “company” the only pro was work from home full time options. But that was being taken away sometime later this year.

Cons

This review is not being left by an ex-employee who was fired, or left on bad terms. I received a better career opportunity and left on as good of terms as possible. That being said, here are my cons. Every thing. This is a hot mess of a company that does not know how to expand, how to take care of the employees, and how to be anything other than terrible. The training I received was haphazard at best. This is not a knock on the team or trainers I was with, more so, the fact that there is zero schedule or plan with training. Most of the days I spent with the company were spent doing nothing as there was no training and very little work that was assigned to me. The HR team is reminiscent of the HR teams for companies that have huge scandals. Days of not weeks to hear back from them regarding any question you have, big or small. Thankfully nothing serious occurred to me while working here. I have to pay child support, and multiple letters were sent to the HR team by myself and the Friend of the court in order to get this taken care of. It took about two months before it was finished, resulting in backpay being owed. After putting my two weeks into my manager, I emailed asking about vacation time payout, and not only did my email get a response, but I received an automated one as well. Both stated I would be paid for my remaining vacation time. In the almost 2 months since leaving, I still have not received that money and no one will return my calls. Stay away from this company.

Pros

Solid Base Pay, PPO Health Insurance available, PTO. Micromanagement minimal once you become a producer. Thankful for the opportunity they gave me as a younger exec.

Cons

Do you like cleaning up the messes of colleagues who are up to six months behind on their work (or even do their job at all?) Do you average a response time of anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks to answer client emails and phone calls? How about seeing 4 colleagues go through the turnover mill in under a year’s timeframe? Do you like sales environments where you’re neck and neck against either outside hires, friends or relatives of the other producers? Do you love being forced to learn new workflows every four months, that will be obsolete when they restructure once again in the next four? Look no further you have found your corporate drone work paradise. As for us normal self-respecting people with a tad of a soul, STAY AWAY. This company has me considering leaving the industry altogether. Don’t want to discredit those who’ve had a decent experience here this has just been mine. All love at the EOD…
